About Customer Communication Management Business Unit:

The focus of our CCM Services team is to empower our clients to meet the 21st century’s demands for a next-gen customer communication management (CCM) system. ValueMomentum helps design and deliver an agile CCM system that enables collaboration across the business, increases engagement, and enables unified omni-channel communications leveraging platforms like OpenText Exstream, SmartCommunications, and Quadient Inspire.


  • Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities.
  • Good understanding of the technology and domain.
  • Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal.
  • Ensure continual knowledge management.
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of 3+ years in design development migration maintenance and support of Internet/Intranet systems and applications using SmartComm
  • Technical experience in installation and configuration of SmartComm.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications, integrating SmartComm with upstream systems.
  • Good expertise on Layout design, Style sets, Template selector.
  • Experience in migrating old communication system to SmartComm
  • Must have strong modeling experience with UML, Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills, XML, XSD, XSL, XSL-FO, Java Script.
  • SmartComm development skills using ATD & Data modeler
  • Good knowledge of SmartComm APIs
  • Experience in Troubleshooting/Validation of templates/forms.
  • Developing scripts to automate several redundant and time consuming tasks of migration.
  • SmartComm configuration using Batch Script directory listener and OP Config for different types of communication channel.
