JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Conduct project execution in a global delivery model, client mgmt., project & team management for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Waterfall and AGILE – SCRUM), Partner products, tools & platforms.  Oversee/deliver engagements for Property & Casualty insurance customers. Perform Property & Casualty Policy Administration Systems Testing, Property & Casualty Applications Integration testing, Algorithm based Rate Testing, Underwriting Rules engine Testing. Perform forms and document package testing based on state specific legal requirements. Execute and lead projects and engagements for Property & Casualty insurance industry customers. Perform Feasibility Analysis, Testability Analysis, QA strategy, QA Planning, QA Design and Execution.  Perform QA automation using selenium with Java script. Develop, execute, modify and perform root cause analysis on the Automation Scripts. Perform various QA activities using tools such as HP Quality Centre, JIRA (Zephyr), Rally, Bugzilla. Establish and manage SLA, Program Measurement, Program/Project Status reporting. Perform System Study, Test Estimations (using different estimation techniques e.g., FP, WBS etc.). Establish daily scrum meetings & QA sign off meetings & obtain required approvals from stake holders. Design/implement Data Driven, Keyword Driven and Hybrid Driven Automation Frameworks. Prepare & publish the project reports, test summary report & defect metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

MS (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electrical), or rltd fld plus 3 years of exp in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
