Job Summary:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will leverage your understanding of the product, market and use cases to enable the company sell better and faster. You will be involved in all aspects of product marketing including conducting market research, creating messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, influencing product development, driving marketing plans, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, creating and executing highly successful go-to-market strategies, and delivering impactful narratives for our sales teams. You will work closely with lead generation, demand generation, campaign, marketing operations, sales, product, customer success and most other teams within the organization.
Know your team:
BizDynamics is a cloud unit of ValueMomentum Inc. that delivers cloud-based solutions to customers in P&C domain that includes Insurance carriers, MGAs, Program Administrators, etc. BizDynamics Professional Services group drives project delivery for a wide range of customers like implementation of solutions leveraging ValueMomentum’s Product and Platform offerings, modern commercial off the shelf products/platforms, as well as custom built solutions and services. The project teams in this unit work closely with multiple internal teams including Product Engineering teams to deliver solutions as per ValueMomentum’s standards.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Product Marketing Management group, you would be expected to:
- Conceptualize the framework and strategy for the digital campaigns and ensure its execution with a strong control over social media amplification, influencer activities, contests & gratifications, etc.
- Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition by ideating marketing themes/ideas, go-to market campaign strategies, digital marketing concepts by integrating strong storytelling
- Oversee product development, launches, feature releases, and product positioning
- Channelize the implementation of metrics and execution process.
Requirements:
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills in order to assess the eligibility of the profile. The must have requirements are:
- 3+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in SAAS based Product Marketing management (B2B) role
- Experience in developing and executing range of Product GTMs and marketing campaigns
- Exposure on Data/BI or Cloud technologies
- Strong experience in digital marketing and content marketing
- Good understanding on insurance or Healthcare domain
- Have excellent communication skills for internal, external and user communications
- Strong analytical and multi-disciplinary skills
Desired Skill Set:

- MBA or Product Marketing Certification from reputed MBA colleges in India
- Experience working with platform/SAAS startup
