JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:
Conduct project execution in a global delivery model and take responsibility for project delivery, including project planning, scope/ schedule/ resource/ finance/ stakeholder management and cross functional team management. Work in Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). Understand the functional requirements, test strategy preparation and walkthrough with business, estimation preparation, change requests management, handling triage meetings, monitoring and control, test closure/test summary report preparation and walkthrough. Perform project rollouts of Insurance Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Billing Systems, Guidewire Claims Systems and Exigen Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Ensure test management and defect management activities in HP ALM and JIRA. Monitor progress, risk mitigation, conflict management, change and release management and also participate in all agile meetings, including sprint planning/refinement, backlog grooming, daily scrum meetings, Retrospection meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Mathematics, Engg (Comp/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Employer will accept 3- or 4-year bachelor’s degree. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S. No telecommuting.
